  • Alyssa Browning , LSW

Hi there! I’m Alyssa, a licensed social worker who believes therapy should be a safe, supportive space where you can show up exactly as you are. I work mostly with kids ages 10+, teens, and young adults navigating life’s messiness—like anxiety, depression, behavioral challenges, school stress, identity exploration, or just feeling stuck. That said, I am open to working with any age if it's the right fit! I use a variety of approaches, but always tailor my therapeutic approach to fit your needs. Outside of sessions, I love to laugh, keep things real, and find joy in the little things — and I bring that same energy into my work. Therapy is hard work, but that doesn’t mean we can’t have a little fun along the way. Healing can happen at any stage of life, and I’d be honored to walk alongside you on your journey!

    Therapist

Hi, I’m Abbie! I am certified in trauma-focused cognitive behavioral therapy and specialize in treating behavioral issues caused by trauma. My experience has been working with at-risk youth in residential and outpatient settings, addiction services, as well as moderate to severe mental health issues. I love using humor as a tool in therapy, so don’t be surprised if you hear anything ranging from a bad dad joke to a dry, sarcastic response. • Emily Phillips, LCSW

Hi, I am Emily, and I provide compassionate, evidence-based counseling for individuals navigating life's challenges. Specific areas of dedicated practice have included school social work, acute care, addictions, and palliative care. My practice is grounded in a holistic, trauma-informed approach that honors the mind-body connections and the unique strengths each client brings. I welcome opportunities to work with children, adolescents, families, adults, and the elderly who feel overwhelmed, disconnected, or stuck due to past wounds, current stressors, or relationship dynamics. Whether you're experiencing anxiety, life transitions, grief, trauma, burnout, or simply longing for a deeper sense of self-trust and peace, I am here to offer a sacred space for healing and connection. Through integrative modalities—ranging from CBT and mindfulness to somatic awareness and boundary work—we work collaboratively to help you gain clarity, regulate your nervous system, and reclaim your voice and vitality. I help clients by creating a safe, non-judgmental space where they can slow down, reflect, and connect with their inner wisdom. My role is not to "fix" but to guide and support your growth, insight, and healing. Together we explore the patterns that are no longer serving you, develop tools for emotional resilience, and work towards living a more grounded, empowered, and fulfilled life. Sessions are tailored to your specific needs—whether you need a place to process trauma, learn or reinforce practical skills for anxiety or boundaries, or intentionally reconnect with your authentic self. My goal is to walk alongside you as you move from surviving to thriving.
