  • Alyssa Browning , LSW

Hi there! I’m Alyssa, a licensed social worker who believes therapy should be a safe, supportive space where you can show up exactly as you are. I work mostly with kids ages 10+, teens, and young adults navigating life’s messiness—like anxiety, depression, behavioral challenges, school stress, identity exploration, or just feeling stuck. That said, I am open to working with any age if it's the right fit! I use a variety of approaches, but always tailor my therapeutic approach to fit your needs. Outside of sessions, I love to laugh, keep things real, and find joy in the little things — and I bring that same energy into my work. Therapy is hard work, but that doesn’t mean we can’t have a little fun along the way. Healing can happen at any stage of life, and I’d be honored to walk alongside you on your journey!

    Therapist

Hi, I’m Abbie! I am certified in trauma-focused cognitive behavioral therapy and specialize in treating behavioral issues caused by trauma. My experience has been working with at-risk youth in residential and outpatient settings, addiction services, as well as moderate to severe mental health issues. I love using humor as a tool in therapy, so don’t be surprised if you hear anything ranging from a bad dad joke to a dry, sarcastic response. My approach, after building rapport, is to be straight-forward with my clients to achieve the most solution-focused results. My goal is to make progress in a safe and fun environment!

  • Kate Cabrillas, Office Manager

Hello, I'm Kate! I'm the Office Manager here at Perspective Mental Health, and I'm dedicated to making your experience with us as smooth and welcoming as possible. You could say I'm the one who keeps the engine running—I handle scheduling, administrative tasks, and make sure the office environment is organized and comfortable.

My professional background has always revolved around serving others. With a Bachelor of Science in Special Education, I've spent years working in supportive roles across diverse settings, including school corporations, group homes, and ABA therapy. This history has given me a deep appreciation for accessible support and creating positive experiences for everyone who walks through our door (or calls us!).

My goal is to ensure the administrative side of your therapy journey is worry-free, so our providers can focus entirely on your care. I look forward to helping you get connected with our team!
